VACUPRESS 850

Vacuum-press for the O&P field.
For molding larger orthotics insoles and foot orthotics.

The VACUPRESS 850 is a special vacuum-press for the O&P field. The working frame is fixed on hinges at the back so that it folds and the frame is guided by a gas shock on the right side. A vacuum tank accelerates the deep drawing process and acts as a buffer when using the equipment for larger external deep drawing processes.

A powerful vacuum pump ensures the quickest possible, and therefore the optimum moulding of the relevant thermoplastic materials. The maintenance-free vacuum system is working smooth and vacuum-controlled. The system switches off automatically on reaching the nominal vacuum and switches back on again when the permitted pressure difference is exceeded.

VACUPRESS 850 is equipped with a separate vacuum connection to connect external vacuum working areas like thin laminate resin work, pulling sockets, drape moulding, etc.. All the functions of the automatic vacuum system can also be used so the unit can also be remote controlled from these locations.
